1. Agreement to Terms

By using Rentivo Car Rental & Hotel Services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Car Rental Services

• Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license
• A credit card is required for all reservations
• Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear
• Rental rates are quoted based on daily or weekly periods and include insurance coverage
• Fuel: Vehicles are rented with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank
• Mileage: Unlimited mileage is included in all rental agreements

3. Hotel Booking Assistance

• We assist with hotel reservations based on your preferences and budget
• Hotel booking terms are determined by the individual hotel properties
• Cancellation policies vary by property and are provided at time of booking
• We are not responsible for changes made by hotel properties after booking confirmation

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full before service commencement
• We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and Square
• A confirmation receipt will be sent via email upon payment
• All prices are in Canadian dollars

5. Cancellation and Modification

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental/booking date
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee (see Refund Policy for details)
• Please contact us to modify a booking

6. Liability and Responsibility

• Renters assume full responsibility for the rental vehicle during the rental period
• Any traffic violations, parking tickets, or fines are the renter's responsibility
• Damage caused by renter negligence is the renter's responsibility
• Renters must maintain adequate insurance coverage

7. Limitation of Liability

Rentivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
